Laboratory & Operations Assistant

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable and hands-on student to assist with lab work, order fulfillment, and daily operations at our Huntington Beach lab. This is a great opportunity for students interested in pharmaceutical sciences, biology, chemistry, or natural product formulation.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in preparing, packaging, and fulfilling customer orders
- Help with lab work such as measuring, mixing, labeling, and cleaning up
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the lab
- Prepare and drop off shipments as needed
- Pull up data, help with customer follow-ups, and make calls when necessary
- Support daily administrative tasks such as emails, order tracking, or inventory
- Occasionally assist Dr. Panahi in product-making days
Schedule
- Flexible hours: 10–20 hours per week
- Typically 2–3 days per week.
- On-site in Huntington Beach, CA
Qualifications:
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers, email, and online tools (Google Drive, spreadsheets, Canva, etc.)
- Tech-savvy — able to troubleshoot small technical issues or learn new systems quickly
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable making calls or following up with customers
- Lab or science background preferred, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person!
- Interest in health, wellness, or natural products is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation
Compensation:
$18-$22
