Event Design & Production Assistant

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate, organized, and creative individual to join our team as a Design & Production Assistant. This is a hybrid role that combines administrative support with hands-on exposure to the world of event design and production. 

Key Responsibilities:

  •    Creating Mood Boards
   •    Assist lead designer with planning and design preparation for events
   •    Support on-site event setup and breakdown
   •    Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and vendor communication
   •    Help organize design materials, floral supplies, and decor assets
   •    Participate in creative brainstorming sessions
   •    Research trends, source materials, and support mood board creation
   •    Maintain organization of warehouse/design studio (if applicable)
   •    Provide general support across production and logistics

   •    Creative with a strong aesthetic sense
   •    Self-starter eager to learn and grow
   •    Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
   •    Open to hands-on work and physically active event days
   •    Passionate about design, events, and storytelling through visuals
   •    Interested in growing into a design-focused career

Preferred Skills:
   •    Experience in events, design, floral work, or admin support
   •    Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools
   •    Social media savvy
   •    Comfortable with late night driving due to overnight setups (THIS IS A MUST)
   •    Driver’s license (for local travel, if needed)
