WorldTech IT is seeking a detail-oriented and curious Information Systems Research Intern to help maintain and improve the accuracy of key company systems and data. This intern will support efforts across marketing, sales, and operations by researching, organizing, and updating records within our CRM, website, and internal knowledge bases.

The ideal candidate enjoys finding patterns in data, streamlining workflows, and ensuring systems reflect accurate, up-to-date information. This position offers valuable exposure to enterprise tools and modern business processes in a high-growth technology environment.

This resource will be highly proficient in:
• Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel or Sheets)
• Research and Information Management
• Data Entry and Record Updating
• Attention to Detail and Organization

Not required, but preferred:
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Basic HTML or CMS familiarity (WordPress)
• Interest in Business Analytics or Marketing Operations
• Experience with Automation or Integration Tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Project Management Software (ConnectWise)
