Digital Media & Content Creation - Internship

JOB SUMMARY:

Are you passionate about creating videos, editing content, and designing graphics for social media? The Norman Regional Health Foundation is looking for a Social Media & Video Content Intern to help us showcase the impact of our work in fun and creative ways.

 

This paid internship ($10/hour) offers up to 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling around classes. You’ll work under the supervision of the Foundation’s Marketing Specialist and gain real-world experience producing content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

Most video content will be filmed on your personal cellphone with access to editing tools and design software provided.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok-style clips, YouTube Shorts) for social media
  • Create eye-catching graphics and visuals for posts, events, and campaigns
  • Follow a content calendar to keep social media fresh and engaging
  • Capture fun, behind-the-scenes moments at fundraising events 
  • Work with the Foundation team to brainstorm creative ideas for content that grabs attention
  • Help track videos or graphics performance
  • Partner with the Marketing specialist for content scheduling through apps like Loomly
  • Ensure brand message is consistent

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Self-motivated individual must be experienced in:
    • Microsoft Office and Outlook
    • Social Media content creation (Loomly is a plus)
    • Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
    • Canva
  • Hospital requirements: background check, TB test and flu shot (expenses are covered)
  • Current Junior or Senior level university student focusing studies on graphic design; public relations; integrated marketing; 
  • Previous internship experience preferred
  • Must be available to work through May 8, 2026
