Jr. Product Designer - iOS Fintech Wallet (Remote/Hybrid)

About the Company: We're an early-stage B2C fintech startup launching the first intelligent wallet for iOS. Our app automatically chooses the best credit card for every purchase, maximizing rewards with zero effort. Think Apple Pay, but smarter.

We're co-founded by a recent Harvard Business School grad and a current Stanford student with backgrounds in software engineering, consumer tech, and financial innovation. 

About the Role: We're looking for a product designer to own the complete design of Uno Wallet from the ground up. You'll design the entire user experience—from the login screen to transaction flows to settings—creating an interface that makes credit card optimization feel intuitive and delightful.

This is a foundational role with massive creative ownership. We're not looking for someone who needs their hand held. We're looking for someone who can take our vision of an intelligent wallet and translate it into a beautiful, functional iOS product that users love.

What You'll Do:

• Full Product Design: Design the complete user interface and experience from login through core features
• User Flows: Map out and design intuitive user journeys for card management, payment flows, and rewards tracking
• Visual Design: Create pixel-perfect screens, iconography, and design systems that feel native to iOS
• Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to test concepts and demonstrate functionality
• Collaboration: Work directly with founders and engineering team to bring designs to life

What We're Looking For:

• Product design experience
• Graphic design skills (typography, color theory, visual hierarchy)
• Portfolio showcasing product design work
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Passion for fintech, consumer products, or payments

Bonus Points:

• Experience designing fintech or payments apps
• Understanding of credit cards and rewards optimization
• Motion design or animation skills
• Experience with design systems
• Familiarity with Apple Pay or mobile wallet interfaces
