About the Role
We’re looking for a Content Photographer & Creative Assistant to join our growing team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who loves capturing real moments, supporting creative production, and helping bring visual concepts to life. You’ll be photographing events, brand shoots, studio sessions, food, and product content — while also assisting with Photo Booth setup and on-site support during shoots.

This role combines creativity with collaboration. You’ll work closely with the founder and creative team, learn the ins and outs of studio operations, and help maintain a warm, seamless experience for clients.

Responsibilities

Capture high-quality photos for brand shoots, events, studio sessions, and product photography

Edit photos in alignment with nperfectstudio’s visual style and tone

Assist with photo booth setup, breakdown, and client interaction during activations

Support creative direction, styling, and shoot prep as needed

Maintain and organize photography equipment and studio setups

Share photography knowledge and best practices with team members

Contribute to brainstorming sessions for visual concepts and brand storytelling

Qualifications

Based in the Bay Area (East Bay preferred)

Strong photography and editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar tools)

Experience with event, product, and lifestyle photography

Understanding of studio lighting and on-location setups

Collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Eagerness to learn, teach, and grow with a creative team

Type: Hybrid (mix of on-site shoots and remote editing work)
Location: Bay Area, CA (East Bay preferred)
