Luxury Balloon Artist

Cali Soirée is looking for a Balloon Artist to join our creative event décor team! You’ll be trained to design and install a variety of luxury balloon styles. Ranging from elegant columns and organic arches to full backdrops and show-stopping event displays.

What You’ll Do:

Learn and master luxury balloon designs: garlands, arches, columns, walls, and custom installs

Prep balloons (inflating, sizing, color-matching, double-stuffing) for professional finishes

Safely rig and install décor at event venues

Assist with setup, styling, and breakdown after events

Maintain inventory of balloon supplies and décor equipment

Work closely with the lead stylist to create polished, photo-ready installations

What We’re Looking For:

Creative eye for color, design, and detail

Reliable, punctual, and able to work under event deadlines

Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and working on ladders

Weekend availability (Fri–Sun; some weekday events)

Team player with a positive attitude (event or craft experience a plus!)
