Position Overview

We are seeking high-potential STEM talent with an interest in data analytics, AI/ML, automation, and digital problem-solving. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want to apply technical skills to real-world business challenges while gaining exposure to enterprise-scale operations.

As a STEM Analyst, you will support data-driven initiatives, contribute to AI/automation solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and outcomes.

Candidates must be willing to relocate to New Jersey or nearby metropolitan areas as a condition of employment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large data sets to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.

Support development, testing, and deployment of AI/ML models, automation workflows, and analytical dashboards.

Partner with operational teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Assist in building documentation, process maps, and data models.

Participate in digital transformation projects focused on efficiency, quality, and customer experience.

Present findings and recommendations to leadership in clear, data-backed formats.

Continuously learn and apply new tools, technologies, and analytical methods.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline:

Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.

Experience

1–5 years of full-time or internship experience in:

Data analytics

AI/ML

Automation (RPA/UIPath/Power Automate)

Software development

Data engineering

Technical consulting

1–2 years of practical experience encouraged, but we welcome strong early-career talent.

 

Skills & Attributes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Comfort working with large data sets and analytical tools (Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Curiosity and willingness to learn emerging technologies.

Clear communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.

Adaptability, teamwork, and a growth mindset.

Passion for building solutions that make an operational impact.

 

Preferred Technical Skills (Nice to Have)

Python/R for analytics

SQL or database experience

Power BI/Tableau or similar

Exposure to AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, sklearn, PyTorch)

Experience with automation tools (UIPath, Power Automate, BluePrism)

Data modeling or ETL concepts

(Candidates lacking some of these but demonstrating strong aptitude and curiosity are encouraged to apply.)
