Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and motivated Web & Social Media Content Designer to support our growing organization. This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional who is passionate about design, storytelling, and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design and maintenance of our organization’s website (updates, layout improvements, and user-friendly navigation).

Create visually engaging graphics, posts, and multimedia content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Develop branding-consistent templates and designs for campaigns, events, and outreach.

Collaborate with the team to plan content calendars and align visuals with organizational priorities.

Support search engine optimization (SEO) and accessibility best practices.

Skills We’re Looking For

Proficiency with design tools (Canva required; Adobe Creative Suite preferred).

Familiarity with WordPress, Wix, or similar web platforms.

Strong eye for design, color, and typography.

Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for engagement.

Ability to balance creativity with clarity and organizational branding.

Minimum Requirements

Currently enrolled in college or recent graduate (design, communications, marketing, or related field preferred).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.

Portfolio or samples of past design work (class projects, freelance, or personal work accepted).
