Cantina is a new AI social app founded by Sean Parker. It's a free, all‑in‑one platform to create AI characters and turn them into content. You can design a bot, give it a personality, generate videos, and share, right from the app. 

We've already gained over 51M organic views from our breakout 'Botfluencers' like Nihilisa (creator of the "Symphony Dolphin" trend), and Poohtoks (140k+ followers).

We're putting together a founding team of in-house creators to work closely with HQ to shape the future of Cantina content (think of a writers room)!

We’re looking for people who:

  • Are hyper-creative and love making unhinged, entertaining content online
  • Are comfortable in front of the camera
  • Enjoy playing around with AI tools and trends to see what sticks

Compensation: $480/week (for 5 videos) + performance bonuses
Content: mix of ad-style, hybrid, and AI-only
