Creative Handwriting Assistant – Short-Term Project
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented student with strong handwriting skills to assist with a short-term marketing outreach project. The task involves handwriting approximately 500 personalized letters to local homeowners using high-quality stationery. This role is perfect for someone with a background in English, art, or design who takes pride in neat, elegant penmanship and enjoys creative work.
Responsibilities
- Handwrite ~500 letters (short pre-written messages provided).
- Address envelopes by hand and prepare them for mailing.
- Work in-person at our office in Cow Hollow, San Francisco.
- Deliver finished work in increments of 100 letters for quality review.
- Ensure consistent, professional presentation of all materials.
Requirements
- Exceptional handwriting (legible, neat, and aesthetically pleasing).
- Must provide handwriting samples before being considered for an interview.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow formatting guidelines.
- Reliability and commitment to completing the project.
- Preferred: Background in English, art, or design fields.
Hours & Timeline
- Estimated 35–40 hours total.
- Completing within 1 week is ideal if the candidate has availability.
- If needed, spreading the work over up to 2 weeks is acceptable.
- Deliverables will be collected in increments of 100 completed letters.
Compensation
- $25–30/hour, depending on experience and handwriting quality.
- Interns with excellent performance will be considered for future opportunities.
