QA Administrator
Job Summary: The QA Administrator manages and maintains all digital platforms used for product specifications, nutritional analysis, and supplier documentation TraceGains, Genesis, Trace One, and NutriCalc to ensure full regulatory compliance and accurate product data. This role supports food safety, labeling, and quality initiatives across R&D, Procurement, and Operations, serving as the key contact for both internal teams and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- TraceGains – Serve as the primary administrator for supplier management, specifications, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs). Onboard and train suppliers, review documentation, and generate compliance reports.
- Genesis & NutriCalc – Manage product nutritional databases, perform recipe and label analysis, and ensure FDA-compliant Nutrition Facts panels and ingredient statements.
- Trace One – Oversee customer/private-label specification submissions, ensuring timely approvals and accuracy of data.
- Maintain HACCP and Food Safety Plans in alignment with USDA, FDA, FSMA, and GFSI (BRC/SQF) requirements.
- Lead internal audits and support external, third-party, and customer audits.
- Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with R&D to create and update product formulas and labels.
- Work with Procurement and Operations to maintain supplier compliance and accurate product documentation.
