Creative Arts & Retail Experience (CREW) Intern

 Each summer, Camp OTX selects up to 20 college-aged individuals to join our CREW Team, combining creativity with customer service and business operations.

As a Creative Arts & Retail Intern, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth operation of our Crafts Center and Camp OTX Store.Responsibilities include teaching and supervising a wide range of craft classes, maintaining craft and retail spaces, assisting with inventory and logistics, and managing registers for store and craft purchases.

This position provides valuable experience in project and supply management, group and individual instruction, retail operations, and customer service. You’ll have the chance to grow in both creative and business skills while working in a high-energy, Christ-centered environment alongside other passionate and talented college students. While previous experience in crafts, retail, or customer service is helpful, all training and equipment are provided. The work is challenging, but the impact and memories will last a lifetime!
