Entry-Level Production Worker

We are seeking entry-level production workers with a quick ramp-up to machine operator roles. No prior experience is required—we are looking for individuals who possess a strong sense of initiative, attention to detail, a logical thought process, and a process-oriented and safety-minded approach to work.
This is a full-time, direct-hire position, not a temporary role.
 

Position Details:

Requires attention to detail

Mechanical inclination and interest

Quick learning aptitude

Ability to stand, lift and thrive in a production facility setting

Good basic math skills

Safety first attitude

Shift: Day shift, Monday through Friday
Starting Pay: $22 per hour, with an immediate pay increase after 90 days
