Come join 7 residents in the stunning scenery of Colorado for a 9-month journey. Woodmen Valley Chapel, located in Colorado Springs, CO, offers an array of opportunities to get involved with over 10 ministry teams including Students, Worship, Graphic Arts, IT, Kids, and more. Put your fresh degree to work as a valued employee of Woodmen, contributing to meaningful projects and serving the Lord and the community.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
Mainly made up of college graduates, our residents are poised and passionate about pursuing vocational ministry. They view this opportunity akin to a doctor's residency, eagerly seeking to serve alongside seasoned veterans. This partnership not only allows them to refine their talents but also offers a space to confirm their calling, ensuring a solid foundation for their future endeavors.
WHAT ARE THE RESIDENCY COMPONENTS?
- LEAD & SERVE - work 35 hours a week building ministry muscles with your ministry team.
- DISCOVER & GROW - Leadership classes, skill coaching, and spiritual mentorship.
- PAY - $1050 per pay period (every other week), host homes, paid vacation days.
- FUN - Serious laughing, hiking, and relationships
