Booth Crew (Brand Ambassador)

Position Overview:
The Booth Crew plays a vital role in bringing Majestic Photobooth experiences to life in all our growing cities. This role is a brand ambassador who helps on-the-ground operations, including support booth installations, event setups, technical troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and service ticket resolution while representing Majestic Photobooth. Regular regional travel is required, and you will coordinate closely with our support and operations teams to ensure exceptional service and booth functionality. 
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, solutions-oriented, and possesses strong customer service and technical skills. Must be available to work nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Representation
Maintain high brand standards for booth appearance and behavior
Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner
Technical Operations
Power on, test, and operate all booth hardware (camera, computer, printer) and software (photo capture, filters, branding assets)
Troubleshoot technical issues such as Wi-Fi connectivity, printer jams, and hardware malfunctions
Replace paper and ink as needed
Take a photo on every trip!
Customer Interaction
Greet and engage with property staff and management
Build and maintain positive relationships with venue contacts
Booth Upkeep
Ensure booths are clean and fully operational
Maintain an adequate supply of all consumables (paper, ink, cleaning supplies)
Reporting & Feedback
Submit post-visit reports including supply usage, technical issues, and on-site feedback
Report recurring problems or operational concerns for review


Qualifications:
Proven technical proficiency with computer hardware, software, and photographic equipment
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Detail-oriented in performing equipment servicing and maintenance
Proficient with basic hand tools
Additional Requirements
Ability to lift 50lbs without assistance.
Driver's License: Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle, as the job involves traveling to various locations.
Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends
