About the Internship
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Design Intern to join our team, with a focus on Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (CAD). This internship offers hands-on experience supporting the development of technical shop drawings, 3D models, and design documentation used in real-world manufacturing and project installations.

This opportunity is ideal for a current design student looking to apply their classroom knowledge in a fast-paced, supportive, and design-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the creation of CAD drawings and 3D renderings for client proposals and production

Support the design team in developing layouts, technical specifications, and shop drawings

Participate in design reviews and team meetings

Help maintain organized digital drawing libraries and material palettes

Collaborate across departments including project management, manufacturing, and engineering

Preferred Qualifications

Actively enrolled in a design, architecture, interior architecture, or industrial design program

Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks (training can be provided)

Strong visual communication skills and an eye for detail

Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn in a hands-on environment

Availability to work part-time during the academic year is a plus

Ability to commute to Lititz, PA. 

Internship Structure

Start Date: August 1, 2025

Duration: Minimum of 8 weeks with potential for part-time continuation through the academic year

Schedule: Flexible, with consideration for student course load and availability

Compensation: Paid internship (rate to be discussed based on experience)
