Content Shooter and Editor

Looking for a motivated content shooter and editor for a series of social media biographical interviews across the country. TRAVEL: 1-2 trips a month across the country. Most trips will be no longer than 1-2 days. 

On-sight responsibilities: 

• The ability to provide real time insight and feedback as you film the interviews.
• Digital native with an understanding on what Tik Tok and IG style interviews do well.
• Posting with light editing of the content
• Maintaining the microphone, chargers and other small items. These interviews will be filmed via IPhone.
• An interest in politics and engaging young people

About Harrison 

Harrison Tarter is the Senior Director of State and Local Affairs at VoteVets. He is a United States Army veteran who served in the 10th Mountain Division as a Recon Platoon Leader. 

During his time in service, he was deployed to Helmand Province, Afghanistan in support of Operation Freedom’s Sentinel. Prior to coming to VoteVets, he worked in both progressive politics and within the labor movement for the AFL-CIO. Harrison is an active member of the American Legion and a proud former union member. He holds a B.A. from American University and resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
