About V24V:
Velatropa24Ventures CO (V24V) is an art-science funding organization with a mission to financially support synchronized sets of 24 artists, scientists and investors. Our services include IT management, investor plans, financial instruments, co-branded courses and other whole-systems models for coordinating business operations. We deliver gamification tools for funding, marketing and managing projects designed and developed by scientists, artists and member-owned businesses within our RAO (Radialized Autonomous Organization).
Contract: 4-moon contract (with potential for an extension)
Estimated Contract Term: 8/4/2025 to 11/22/2025 (Magnetic Moon 1.8 to Overtone Moon 5.8)

Role Description:
Join a unique research and design team focusing on family-centric, planet-centric workflows informed by the 13 Moon/28-Day framework. Each of your design iterations will form the foundation for building phase 0 and phase 1 of V24V’s TropaCoinRAO software and mobile app prototype. As V24V’s UI/UX Designer, you’ll use the Figma ecosystem to co-create modular components for digital designs, reshaping the future of technology and home-based education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with V24V’s Chief Creative Directress, Level 1 Motoko Developer and UX Researcher to design phase 0 and phase 1 of the TropaCoinRAO Web3 app, enabling users to spend, trade, exchange and manage TropaCoins (TPACO) and able to mint and purchase NFTs with TPACO.
- Produce high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, storyboards and site maps
- Develop sketches, low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity, interactive prototypes
- Perform tests on user interface elements like Call-to-Actions (CTAs), layouts, target links, landing pages, etc.
- Encourage friends and family members to participate in TropaCoinRAO Focus Groups, interviews, surveys and usability testing
- Be a Role Energizer and Rep Link for the V24V Products & Designs BetaNode.
- Work with Kin in a TropaNeur Tribe to complete projects.
Qualifications & Work Experience:
- At least 3 years of college experience
- At least 1 year of experience with presentation design and storytelling experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Figma Design and its suite of visualization tools
- Strong communication skills and experience presenting to other designers and stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills to complete project deliverables
- Graphic Design, Marketing major or other related digital art field
- Basic understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
Preferred Education: Knowledge of the 13 Moon/28-Day Calendar
Project-Based Pay: $52 base + (max of 10 approved and completed projects per moon)
Estimated Pay Range: $260-$1,469 per moon
Company Equity Package: Interim and full dividends
Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly
