Biotech Research & Data Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Junior Associate to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze experimental data and help develop reports and charts and reseearch.
  • Help the CEO, CSO  with ad hoc projects
  • Organize, manage, and analyze experimental and operational data  
  • Provide hands-on support in wet lab experiments, sample preparation, and basic protocols
  • Collaborate with teams across departments to support ongoing research and development projects
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
  • Assist in the design and maintenance of internal and external websites

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or related fields) 
  • Strong computer and design skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Powerpoint and web design tools (e.g., WordPress, HTML/CSS)
  • Ability to organize and work with datasets (Excel, or database tools)
  • Familiarity with basic laboratory techniques and willingness to learn more
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team
  • Prior internship or experience in a biotech or life sciences environment is a strong plus
