de Giulio is an award-winning commercial, residential and product design firm.  With a studio and workshop north of Chicago and a metals artisan studio in Michigan, we design and install projects across the US and abroad.

As an architectural designer, you'll work closely with our experienced design and project management team, creating illustrative renderings from plans, elevations, and details while contributing to interior architecture projects varying in size and complexity.    

You'll also play an active role in preparing client presentations for design meetings and participate in drawing review meetings while gaining exposure to various stages of the creative process.

We welcome diverse experience -- many of our successful associates joined our company with various backgrounds in media, architecture, interior design, fashion, exhibit, and the furniture industry.

Experience & Education

  • Coursework in Architecture or Interior Design.  Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Previous internship or experience with a professional architecture/design studio is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

  • Render D5, SketchUp and AutoCAD proficiency
  • Proficiency with technical design and presentation skills

Starting Salary:

  • $50,000 - $55,000
