CHORAL SCHOLAR POSITION 

Seeking a TENOR and Bass to sing with our volunteer choir for Wednesday night rehearsals and one Sunday morning principal mass. 

 

DETAILS 

Undergraduate Students- $100/Week ($50 per rehearsal, $50 per service) 

Graduate Music Students- $125/Week ($50 per rehearsal, $75 per service) 

Includes SUNDAY warm-up/vesting & mass (10:00-11:30am) and WEDNESDAY rehearsal (7:00-8:30pm). Additional services, such as Evensong or Holy Week, will also be paid at the same rate.  

 

Typical repertoire includes traditional four-part Anglican anthems of easy/moderate difficulty (Latin and English) and chanted responsorial psalms. Singers should feel comfortable quickly preparing these anthems for performance in a service.  

Choral Scholars should be respectful of fellow singers and give undivided attention during rehearsals and mass. Black shoes should be worn on Sundays.
